Andrew and I just watched this video from the Republican National Convention taking place in Tampa, Florida this week. It had GRAVE resemblances to North Dakota's Republican convention earlier this year which we attended.
I urge you to watch this carefully. Let me explain the process. Each state chairman will count the votes that were cast by their state's delegates. They will say how many votes were cast for Romney and how many were cast for Ron Paul--or at least they are supposed to do so.
Then the National secretary is to repeat for the record EXACTLY what the state chairman reported. Now LISTEN to what she says. There are times when the state chair reported votes for Ron Paul but the National secretary REFUSED TO EVEN SAY HIS NAME AND GIVE HIM CREDIT FOR THE VOTES THAT HE EARNED EVEN WHEN RON PAUL WAS IN THE MAJORITY!!!
How blatant can you get? How stupid can you get? One time when the state chair was saying how many votes were cast for Ron Paul, the mic suddenly got turned down!!! Heaven forbid that the people's votes be heard if it is anything other than the popular establishment's crony.
I urge you again. Listen carefully to this video and see if anything was handled fairly in Tampa. How stupid can these party people get to piss off many many people (especially young people) by acting like blooming idiots? Who would even want to be a Republican any more? It's a disgrace...
Maybe it's time that conservatives leave the Republican party in droves and seek a party that sincerely wants their opinions and values to be heard.

Dawn, Thanks for posting this revealing video.
Have you heard of the Constitution Party (formerly called the Taxpayers Party)?
We have been consistently voting Constitution Party for two decades now, and we have several friends who do the same or do write-in votes for Ron Paul.
The Constitution Party hasn’t made as much headway as had been hoped.
They have trouble even getting the required signatures to get on the ballot every time, so maybe North Dakota hasn’t seen Constitution candidates appear on their ballots.
They have won a few local races here and there. I even have a close friend in Appleton, WI who won on the Constitution Party platform.
It is a very Christian-based party and was started by Howard Phillips, Doug Phillips’ father. Check it out:
