Hey, guess what? Cora just showed me that the whole national delegate election, at the NDGOP this past weekend, is on you tube. This means that you can listen for yourself to how the rights of the delegates were of little worth in the eyes of the chairman AND his committee.
Time and time again the patriots said, in dozens of ways, "All we want is for ALL of the names to have equal importance on the ballot and the only way that will happen is for you to print ballots with the names of both your people and the people that we have just nominated from the floor."
They absolutely refused to do so and then threw it in our faces that their poor ballot counters had to read every body's handwriting. THE AUDACITY
My son, Andrew, was the first to ask for a new ballot to be printed with ALL of the names to be typed out so that they would all be equal. When some names are typed in and some have to be written in by hand, there is a distinction made between the 2 sets of names.
As you can hear, the chair did NOT respond in a fair manner and ask the group to vote on this. He declared loudly into the microphone, "You're out of order." Very quickly Andrew responded with, "WHY?" He knew that he was NOT out of order, but the only answer that was given was, "Because my parliamentarian says so." I guess this makes it right to stomp on people's civil rights. GRRRRR--but you can hear it for yourself here and now. Oh, yes, it get's worse but I'll post this in sections so that you don't get stressed out about it. ;)
Indignantly,
Dawn
